Who we are
Welcome to Bon Vie Bodyworks, where movement builds “the good life.”
Bon Vie means “the good life” in French, and that’s at the core of everything we do. We believe the good life is one where bodies move well, minds feel strong, and every age, stage, and ability is supported with intention.
Our studio blends athletic, purposeful movement with approachable, supportive coaching that meets you exactly where you are.
We specialize in supporting two unique groups: youth athletes who need strong movement foundations and adults looking to build strength, balance, and confidence in a sustainable way. Whether you're getting back into movement, seeking low-impact strength, or wanting to feel more capable in daily life, we create a space where progress feels achievable and empowering.
Whether you’re training for sport, returning to fitness, or building a stronger foundation for life, our mission remains the same: to help you move well, feel strong, and live fully.
Meet Kayla
Hi, I’m Kayla, the owner and instructor behind Bon Vie Bodyworks.
Movement has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began my career as a professional dancer, including performing as a Radio City Rockette, before transitioning into teaching and coaching.
That experience gave me a deep understanding of what the body is capable of — and just as importantly, what it needs in order to stay strong, balanced, and injury-free over time.
Over the years, my focus has shifted from performance alone to helping people move in a way that supports their bodies for the long term. I’m especially passionate about working with youth athletes to build strong foundations early, as well as adults who want to feel better, move better, and stay active in a sustainable way.
My approach is thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to each individual. Whether you’re stepping into movement for the first time or looking to refine and strengthen what you already do, my goal is to help you feel confident, capable, and at home in your body.
